Here are my write-ups on physics. Just like my blog posts on Theology, this set of write-ups will look vastly different from my usual math-focused writing.
This set of write-ups aims to establish the mathematical underpinnings, wherever feasible, of the topics taught in Singapore’s high school physics course (even its enhanced variant). What students learn are well-founded upon mathematics, although deep physical discoveries by scientists would still be out of reach for them. (Some of them could be elaborated in other mathematical set-ups.)
Nevertheless, by setting up the various formulas and their derivations, I hope that these blogposts convince physics students that the formulas and ideas that they learn are legitimate, rather than handed down from on high. Unlike my other posts, these posts would read more like fact-sheets than detailed expositions (which I am far from an expert in doing).
