Looking for a mathematics tutor who actually makes things click? I offer one-on-one online tutoring for students at the secondary school, pre-university, and undergraduate levels — built around the same philosophy behind this whole site: math people are lazy. That means I’m not interested in drilling you with rote algorithms. My goal is to show you the cleanest, most efficient way to think about a problem, so that the “hard” questions start to feel obvious.

How sessions work
- Format: Live, 1-on-1 lessons over Google Meet — no commute, no scheduling around traffic. A unique meeting link is generated automatically when you book.
- Length: Typically 1.5 hours, weekly or as needed (exam-season intensives also available).
- Materials: Personalised notes and worksheets, shared digitally via Google Drive before or during the lesson. Each student receives their own private folder with all session materials organised by topic.
General
- Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be shortened or counted as a no-show.
- Overbooking: Monthly packages cover 4 sessions within a calendar month (1 per week). Only the first 4 sessions will be honoured. Any additional bookings beyond 4 will be cancelled and refunded at the per-session rate.
- Materials: All notes, worksheets, and recordings provided are for the student’s personal study use only and remain the intellectual property of Joel Q. L. Chang / Joel Kindiak / KindiakMath. They may not be redistributed or resold.
- No guaranteed outcomes: While I am committed to helping you understand the material as deeply and efficiently as possible, exam results and grades depend on many factors beyond tutoring and cannot be guaranteed.
